Refund Policy
At HomeArts2u, our priority is your satisfaction. If you find a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions.
Timeframes

Dissatisfaction with the product: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

Manufacturing defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

Visible damage: For visible damage (broken items, missing parts, scratches), the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video. After this period, the damage will be considered a result of misuse.
Return Conditions The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Once the product is received and passes quality analysis, the customer may choose an exchange or a refund of the product value. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered is correct and in good condition.
Warranty All products have a 30-day warranty. To activate it, the customer must send a short video or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and shipping label. The warranty does not cover damage from liquids, unauthorized repairs, improper use, or natural wear and tear.
